Chris Salt is a UK based composer committed to delivering quality, creative solutions for a broad range of media sources. He set up the music production house Riffs in 2000.
Chris attended the Royal College of Music where he studied guitar with Patrick Bashford and composition with Justin Connolly. After graduating with an ARCM and DipRCM in performing, he furthered his studies at Keele university where he gained an MA in Modern Music. Shortly after this he decided to pursue composition exclusively.
Chris originally started out writing mainly for commercials and in 2003 moved into writing production music. He now has over 400 tracks in circulation worldwide published by the world's leading music libraries including EMI Production Music, Boosey & Hawkes, De Wolfe and Focus.
