I studied guitar at the Royal College of Music and after graduating from the Performer's course I furthered my academic studies at Keele University where I obtained an MA in ‘Modern Music’. Since 1999 I have been composing music for commercials, TV, radio and film and have written extensively for many of the World's leading production music houses including Cavendish, KPM, Universal and BMG.
My work has featured on commercials for many established brands such as Vicks Sinex, AT&T, Adidas, KFC, Visa, Bisto, Google, Microsoft, Fairy, Shell, Mazda, Toyota, Chrysler, Pantene, Estée Lauder, Dior, The Mail On Sunday, The Times, Mattel, Marmite, The Sunday Times, Carphone Warehouse, Oral B, Olay, Head & Shoulders, 32Red.com…
Recent commissioned work includes the music for ‘Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly’ on Channel 5 and promos for Sky and BBC Sport. Other recent projects include a Sainsbury’s TV ad and Worldwide ads for Voltarol and Pandora.
I was a finalist in the 2016 UK Music & Sound Awards and my work has appeared in a number of movies including: Lakeview Terrace, Gambit, She's Funny That Way, The Campaign, Devil's Double and the acclaimed Who biopic Lambert & Stamp. High profile shows featuring my music include Stranger Things and The Walking Dead.
Over the last few years I have developed my collection of electric guitars and currently own noteworthy instruments formerly owned and played on stage by Jeff Beck and Gary Moore.
