BIO

I studied guitar at the Royal College of Music and, after graduating from the Performer’s Course, continued my academic studies at Keele University, where I obtained an MA in Modern Music. Since 1999, I have been composing music for commercials, television, and film, and have written extensively for many of the world’s leading production music libraries, including KPM and Universal. Over the years, I have produced more than 200 albums of production music across a wide variety of genres.

My work has been featured in advertising campaigns for established brands such as Vicks Sinex, Porsche, Adidas, KFC, Visa, Bisto, Google, Microsoft, Fairy, Shell, Mazda, Toyota, Chrysler, Pantene, TRESemmé, Estée Lauder, Dior, The Times, Mattel, Marmite, AT&T, Carphone Warehouse, Oral-B, Olay, Head & Shoulders, and many more.

Recent commissioned work includes Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly on Channel 5, along with promos for Sky and the BBC. Other recent projects include a Sainsbury’s TV ad and global campaigns for Voltarol and Pandora. Sports-related programming includes Sky’s Masters golf coverage (since 2018), as well as specially commissioned music for BBC Sport.

I have been a finalist in the UK Music & Sound Awards, and my work has appeared in a number of Hollywood films. High-profile TV series featuring my music include Stranger Things and The Walking Dead.

In recent years, I have expanded my collection of electric guitars and now own several noteworthy instruments, including ones formerly played on stage by Jeff Beck and Gary Moore.
